Michael Reardon

Michael Reardon is a classical and jazz guitarist, composer, and teacher who studied under Argentinian classical guitarist, Ernesto Bitetti, American jazz guitarist, Dave Stryker, and Brazilian classical guitarist, Sergio Assad.

Reardon has shared the stage with popular artists such as Rick Ward and Billy Beck of the Ohio Players, Rik Emmet from the Canadian band, Triumph, and he has performed with solo jazz artists, Jeff Hamilton and Tamir Hendelman, and Grammy nominated artists, Michael Spiro and Wayne Wallace.

He served as associate instructor of guitar at Indiana University, and as part of the guitar studio he traveled to Haiti and the Dominican Republic to give guitar workshops and perform with teachers and professors from the university. His personal accomplishments include being a finalist in the 2020 International Guitar Competition hosted by the Wilson Center for the Arts and in 2015 he premiered three of his original compositions at the Boston Guitar Festival.

Reardon has recently branched out into arranging and composing for classical guitar and recorded and performed on the album Trio with the Craig Michael Davis Ensemble. He is currently producing a classical guitar album of his own works called Reflections.
